What it is

A platform, not a product.

TALOS is a modular unmanned ground vehicle platform, built for demanding missions where reliability, mobility and flexibility matter most. A lightweight yet rugged chassis of approximately 60 kg carries up to 250 kg, and advanced networked controls let operators transport equipment, evacuate casualties or support tactical operations in complex terrain.

Compact format, high payload and exceptional controllability: where traditional vehicles are limited by size or manoeuvrability, TALOS shows that power and precision go together. Choose the 4x4 or 6x6 drivetrain that fits your mission, mount your equipment on the deck or in the dry payload bay, and go.

Defence, security, research or industrial use: your mission, our base. We deliver the rugged base; you determine the payload.

  • Modular 4x4 or 6x6 drivetrain configurations
  • Payload capacity up to 250 kg on a platform from approximately 60 kg
  • Integrated camera systems for remote situational awareness
  • Multi-network connectivity: 4G, 5G, mesh radio and Starlink compatible
  • TALOS stretcher mounting system included
  • Designed and manufactured in the Netherlands
Agility and control

Turns on its own axis.

Four independently driven wheels and a tank-drive (skid-steer) steering principle let TALOS turn on the spot. That makes it at home in tight spaces and on rough, hard-to-reach terrain, where a conventional vehicle has to stop and reverse.

The 4x4 configuration delivers 1400 W of drive power, the 6x6 2100 W. Loaded with 100 kg, TALOS moves at 10 km/h: fast enough to keep up with a patrol, slow enough to stay precise.

Power for your payload

The energy is there. Use it.

TALOS is designed for energy efficiency and compatibility. A 2.5 kWh, 24 Vdc battery (80 A nominal, 100 A peak) drives the platform and, besides driving, supplies 24 V and USB PD outputs for third-party equipment such as sensors, communications and camera systems.

The dry payload bay is reserved for customer use, and a 3D integration model is available so you can design your fit-out before the vehicle arrives. There is room for 4G routers and radios, jammers and electronic countermeasures, camera and observation systems. Prefer your own batteries? A commercial off-the-shelf battery tray for DeWalt packs is available as an option.

Connected and aware

Networked controls, wherever the mission takes you.

TALOS connects over 4G, 5G and mesh radio, and is Starlink ready. On board, LAN/Ethernet with VPN links your payload to the network, while a 2.4 GHz local remote keeps direct control close at hand.

A low-lux USB camera gives the operator remote situational awareness, also in poor light. Send TALOS ahead and see what it sees.

Why TALOS

Built to endure. Modular by design.

Four principles behind every TALOS, and two features that come as standard.

Built to endure

Rugged construction for extreme conditions.

Modular by design

Adaptable to your mission needs.

Mission focused

Designed with operators, for operators.

Trusted performance

Reliable, proven, ready when you are.

Integrated camera

Enhanced situational awareness.

TALOS stretcher mountings included

Mission flexibility when it matters most.

Applications

One base, many missions.

Tactical logistics, casualty evacuation, reconnaissance support, perimeter security and sensor platform: the same base covers them all.

01

Tactical logistics

Transport equipment and supplies over complex terrain: 80–250 kg on the deck and 20–60 km of range, depending on configuration and payload. Tow a trailer when the load calls for it.

02

Casualty evacuation

The TALOS stretcher mounting system is included. Secure a stretcher on the deck and bring a casualty out under remote control, without exposing a carrying team.

03

Reconnaissance and sensor platform

Mount cameras, observation systems, radios or electronic countermeasures in the dry payload bay, power them from the vehicle and send TALOS ahead. The same setup keeps watch over a perimeter.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

4x4 or 6x6: which configuration do I need?

Both share the same modular platform. The 4x4 has a 1400 W drive system, the 6x6 2100 W. Payload capacity (80–250 kg) and range (20–60 km) depend on the configuration and the load you carry. Tell us what you need to move and where, and we advise the configuration that fits your mission.

What is the range?

20 km with a 100 kg payload on the 2.5 kWh battery, and as a rule of thumb 20 km per 10 kg of battery. Depending on configuration and payload, the operational range is 20 to 60 km.

Can I integrate my own sensors and payload?

Yes. The dry payload bay is reserved for customer use and a 3D integration model is available so you can design your fit-out in advance. The vehicle supplies 24 V and USB PD power out and LAN/Ethernet with VPN, with room for 4G routers and radios, jammers and electronic countermeasures, camera and observation systems.

Does TALOS carry a stretcher?

Yes. The TALOS stretcher mounting system is included with every vehicle, so a stretcher can be secured on the deck for casualty evacuation under remote control.

Where is TALOS made?
